Kevin Carroll worked for a number of bus companies including Crosville and GHA Coaches before he started his business in 2007. Katrina, his wife, started her bus driving career with Merediths,  

At one time the premises of Pats Coaches in Southsea was used as the base for the coaches but the firm now have premises at the Llay Industrial Estate.

In 2015 the firm was incorporated as a limited company with Kevin and his wife Katrina the Directors.  |Although Kevis remains a Director of the company he no longer is involved on a day to day basis.  

The firm currently has a small fleet of smart vehicles. They have a very distinctive livery which has changed recently.

In November 2024 UN24ORN was chosen by Leger Holidays to have the first coach rebranded into the new Shearings livery. As such it has been involved in variou publicity events including being featured in the Television advertisement for Shearings
