The business was started by Tom Price in the 1920's using a Model T Ford. A number of services were operated including Wrexham to Coedpoeth and Tanyfron to Llay Main colliery.

In 1954 the name of the firm changed to T Price and Son when Tecwyn joined the firm. They then operated a number of industrial related services involving colliery and Wrexham Industrial estate work.

Tecwyn's sons Terrence and David joined the business and at one stage some 9 vehicles were operated.

In 2010 Terrence and David formally became the partners of the firm and sadly in 2012 Tecwyn died at the age of 80. Also his wife, Edith, died in October 2020.

Unfortunately in January 2018 at the all too young age of 59 Terry suddenly passed away. The business is now run by David and his wife Julie is the qualified Transport Manager.  A fourth generation of the family namely Rebecca is also now involved with the business as a driver.
