Leslie Peake is the sole Director of Zenith Group (NW) Limited. He was previously the Transport Manager of JWS (Cars) Limited who traded as Coastline Taxis.  The history of that business is outlined in this Coastline Page.

The current company was originally named Zenith Logistic Consultants Ltd and Les has previously been involved in providing training for the Transport Industry. 

The present Operators licence was granted in July 2020 and the small fleet mainly consisted of 16 seater minibuses.

In early 2024 the first coach was obtained.  This is a 2009 Volvo B7R / Sunsundegui Sideral 36 seater.

As a result of Arriva ceasing to serve Llandegla on their X51 Ruthin to Wrexham service Zenith were awarded a contract to run from Ruthin through Llandegla to Coedpoeth to assist in mitigating the loss of the Arriva service to the villagers of Llandegla.  The bus used is normally an 8 seater but a 16 seater is used on non-school days. This work is due to run until the ned of May 2024.

The fleet is mainly used for school contracts, private hire and airport transfers.
