During this period Wayne obtained his CPC qualification to enable him to be the Transport Manager. For a considerable period during and before his father's illness Wayne was responsible for all the vehicle repairs, M.O.T.s, parts ordering, fuel supplies, recruitment of staff, purchasing and selling vehicles and the general day-to-day running of the business. Unfortunately shortly after the death of his father George Oare in September 2015 Wayne left the family business.
Wayne then worked in a taxi business mainly on Anglesey. His wife began working a school contract on behalf of Pats Coaches using a minibus.
In October 2018 an Operators Licence was obtained in the name of a partnership between himself and his son. The Pat's Coaches contract was taken over and a Ford Transit minibus was obtained for this purpose.
In September 2021 Wayne began operating a college contract from the Deeside College to Oswestry. To facilitate this contract a 33 seater Mercedes Atego / UNVI Cimo XL midi coach was acquired from E Jones and Son, Rhosllanerchrugog.
In March 2023 following the retirement of Dennis Hutchinson of Buckley his contract relating to two schools in Mold and his one bus, a Mercedes-Benz / Mellor, has been acquired.
