The company was started by father and son Jerry and Chris Valentine.  In 2009 the main element of the business was minibuses and executive cars.  The business was originally located within the Coppi Industrial Estate in Rhosllanerchrugiog near Wrexham but has now moved to their current base in Ruabon.

In 2016, following the demise of GHA Coaches, the business provided a service in Llangollen to cover part of the 64 route which serves the estate of Pengwern until an operator was found to run the complete route to Glyn Ceiriog.

In November 2017 the company won a contract to operate the Town Link  service in Wrexham which served various areas within Wrexham where there was no public service provision at the time. The service operates Monday to Saturday, between 9.30am and 5.50pm each day but the bus is used for a school journey during the afternoon. An Optare Solo SR was purchased especially for this contract and was given the cherished number J66VTS.

In February 2018 following the demise of D Jones and Son the TL1/2 routes were varied to include some of the areas that had not at that time been covered by other operators.

Since March 2023 Jerry is no longer a Director and he has started another similar business, Valentine Chauffeur Services at the Coppi Industrial Estate in Rhosllanerchrugiog which was the original location of this business.
