Archie Simpson started a bus business back in 1984 after he acquired two buses as part payment for his mechanical services. The buses were not intended initially to be used but after gaining some tendered work the bus business grew and by 1990 there were some 9 vehicles in the fleet including a double decker. There was also a service route operated between Mold and Chester.

In 1992, having been through a period of inability to work following an accident and a break up of a business partnership, the bus and coach business ended and the founder reverted to his other career of motor vehicle engineering.

The coach business started again in 2014 – with three vehicles.  The initial depot was Hutchinson's Yard,  Mount Pleasant Road, Drury, Buckley and he undertook driving and mechanical work for Dennis Hutchinson.

However in early 2017 Archie Simpson found other full time employment and the base for his small fleet moved to Greenfield.

It does not appear that the fleet has been operated for some considerable time although an opertors Licence is still in effect.
