BACKGROUND HISTORY

Ifor Jones traded from the premises previously occupied by the business of T Williams, Ponciau and the new business was set-up jointly in 2005 with David Owen of Four Crosses, Shropshire. The vehicles from the previous firm 'Tommy' Williams were temporarily transferred via Owens, Four Crosses as facilitator / dealer. 

The main work undertaken was private hire and some school and other contracts. Some tours were operated in conjunction with Owens, Four Crosses. 

In June 2007 the firm was established as a limited company – J O Travel Limited. 

In June 2011 the business was sold to the shareholders of GHA Coaches Limited. All vehicles, contracts and goodwill were transferred but the depot in Ponciau was not used by GHA.

The table below gives a list of all recorded vehicles known to have been with this operator.  I am indebted to David Donati for his dedicated work in compiling this data and enabling me to present it.
