The business was founded in 1988 by Tony Strafford with two coaches and a double decker. The initial depot was in Southsea before eventually they moved to their current base in Minera. 

The business today involves mainly numerous school contracts and private hire work. 

The coaches used have an interesting livery involving a star burst design. Most of the vehicles also carry a 'name'.

In early 2019 the business was formed into a limited company with Tony, his wife Georgina and his daughter Michelle as Directors.
